Qatar Views Israel's Rafah Assault as Detrimental to Peace Talks

DOHA: Israel's tactical activity in Rafah has set détente dealings with Hamas "in reverse", middle person Qatar said on Tuesday, adding that talks have reached "very nearly an impasse".
